Powerlearn project
The Inuka Tech Fellowship is a flagship initiative by the KPC Foundation in partnership with Power Learn Project (PLP), designed to develop Kenya’s next generation of industry-ready data and AI professionals.
The program is an intensive three-month onsite (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) fellowship that equips a select cohort of high-potential young professionals with in-demand skills in data analytics and artificial intelligence. Fellows benefit from immersive job simulation experiences and hands-on apprenticeship opportunities across Kenya Pipeline Company and PLP’s wider network of industry partners.
Beyond technical training, participants gain real-world exposure, practical problem-solving experience, and access to professional networks that position them for success in the evolving data economy. They also join an exclusive community of emerging data leaders across Kenya and the continent.
